We loved our stay at this cozy B&B. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre and nearby attractions like Glasnevin Cemetery and the Botanic Gardens. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities like strong WiFi and a powerful shower. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The breakfast options were delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the nearby coffee shop, Two Brothers Brew, for brunch. a fantastic experience for backpackers like us.
We felt most welcome during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

We had an unexpected early arrival, but we were warmly greeted by a friendly host and treated to coffee and snacks while we waited for our room. Our twin room on the top floor had comfortable beds and charming decor. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a delicious Irish breakfast. The location, although not in the city center, was easily accessible by a short bus ride or taxi. we had a lovely stay at Avoca House B&B and would highly recommend it.

This hotel offers great value for money, with rooms that have very comfortable beds and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. The location, about 3 km from the city center, allows for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing in the bustling city.
No major issues, just a minor inconvenience with some occasional smoke from the backyard seating area. However, this was easily resolved by closing the window.

We loved the location, as it was a nice walk to the city centre and close to main bus stops. The breakfast was amazing with a full choice of cereals, pastries, yogurts, fruit, and a full Irish cooked breakfast. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making us feel right at home.

We had a fantastic stay at this budget B&B. The location was perfect, close to the city centre but very quiet at night. We enjoyed a nice walk to the city centre, taking in the sights along the way. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the owners was exceptional. The homemade breakfast was delicious, especially the full Irish breakfast with bacon, sausage, and black/white pudding. The view from our room was lovely, overlooking the peaceful neighborhood.
